Biography
- I have worked in public libraries in London for 20 years.
Currently I hold a development post with specific responsibility
for adult learning and social inclusion issues. I am active
in the London Housebound Services Group and am currently Secretary
of the Community Services Group of CILIP.

and which groups of potential customers we are still having difficulty
