Sponsors of a social event will receive Key Benefits (see below) in addition to the following:

Main Lunch Break

Sponsorship of the lunch served in the exhibition area on Friday 29 June 2007. Benefits include a graphic panel at each serving point and an announcement of the sponsorship to attendees.

Sponsorship Fee: £2,000 (+ VAT at current UK rate)

Refreshment Breaks

Sponsorship of the two main refreshment breaks taken in the exhibition area on Friday 29 June 2007. Benefits include a graphic panel at each serving point and an announcement of sponsorship.

Sponsorship Fee: £1,750 (+ VAT at current UK rate)

First Timers' Lunch

Sponsorship of the lunch on Thursday 28 June 2007. Benefits include a graphic panel at each serving point and an announcement of sponsorship to those attending, and an agreed number of free lunch tickets.

Sponsorship Fee: £950 (+ VAT at current UK rate)

Speakers' Official Lunch - EBSCO

Sponsorship of the lunch on Friday 29 June 2007. Benefits include a graphic display panel and an announcement of sponsorship to those attending, plus an agreed number of free lunch tickets.

KEY BENEFITS: Every sponsor will receive a package of benefits to add value to their participation. This includes their company logo on all promotional materials, inclusion in conference documentation given to delegates, a logo and link on the Umbrella 2007 website, and on-site visibility. This will include a logo on the AV screens in all conference sessions. Additional benefits apply to individual sponsorships.
