In addition
to the Overall Sponsor there is the opportunity for an
organisation to secure a Primer Sponsorship at Umbrella 2007.
Prime Sponsors benefit from a complete package - including exhibition
stand space - in return for significant commitment. Two key social
functions are available to Prime Sponsors.
The
Umbrella 2007 Opening Party
The
prestigiousOpening Party will be held in the exhibition
area for all delegates in the early evening of Thursday 28 June.
The Prime Sponsor will receive high visibility prior to the party
via pre-Umbrella publicity, graphic panels at each of the
serving points, and a formal announcement during the party. The
sponsor may invite ten staff to the party to maximise networking
opportunities and will also receive Key Benefits (listed
below).
In
addition, the Prime Sponsor will have the right to one complimentary
3x2 metre stand space in the exhibition.
Sponsorship
Fee: £8,000 (+ VAT
at current UK rate)
The
Umbrella 2007 Gala Banquet
The
main social event at Umbrella will be the Gala Banquet
on Friday 29 June. This will be held in the magnificent 15th Century
Great Hall of the Old Palace of Hatfield House, a wonderful Grade
1 listed building previously home to Elizabeth 1.
The
Prime Sponsor will enjoy high visibility prior to the banquet via
pre-Umbrella publicity, graphic panels, and a formal announcement
during the banquet. The sponsor may invite ten staff to the banquet
to maximise networking opportunities and will also receive Key
Benefits (listed below).
In
addition the Prime Sponsor will have the right to one complimentary
3x2 metre stand space in the exhibition.

KEY
BENEFITS: Every sponsor will receive a package of benefits
to add value to their participation. This includes their company
logo on all promotional materials, inclusion in conference documentation
given to delegates, a logo and link on the Umbrella 2007 website,
and on-site visibility. This will include a logo on the AV screens
in all conference sessions. Additional benefits apply to individual
sponsorships.
Other
Options: A Prime Sponsorship can
also be constructed to meet an organisation's specific needs, based
