Web 2.0 is a phrase that is often thrown around these days with little understanding of exactly what it means. Phil Bradley will be looking at the Web 2.0 concept from a practical point of view. He’ll look at a wide variety of different resources in detail to look at ways in which they can be used in a library environment to enable information professionals to provide better services to their clients. The emphasis is on effective provision of information quickly and easily while actually saving the information professional time.
