The Information Lounge

An Information Lounge will be set up in the exhibition area, to allow delegates access to emails and the Internet as well as to read newspapers and business magazines. Coffee and light refreshments will be available to users throughout the exhibition.

Internet Cafe

Access to emails will be provided via an Internet Cafe in the Information Lounge. The sponsor's involvement will be clearly publicised by a graphic panel, and there will be an opportunity to provide a promotional screensaver and promotional literature.

Wi-Fi Zone

Visitors to the Information Lounge will also be able to access emails and the Internet via a Wi-Fi hotspot. The sponsor's involvement will be clearly publicised by a graphic panel

KEY BENEFITS: Every sponsor will receive a package of benefits to add value to their participation. This includes their company logo on all promotional materials, inclusion in conference documentation given to delegates, a logo and link on the Umbrella 2007 website, and on-site visibility. This will include a logo on the AV screens in all conference sessions. Additional benefits apply to individual sponsorships.
