Georgia Bowers  

Biography - Georgia Bowers is the senior librarian for reading and learning in Befordshire libraries. She participated in the fpn future leaders progrmme, and was then a member of a pilot group for the next stage by taking part in learning networks. Now the network has been completed, Georgia will be continuing with her fellow group members to develop their learning further

Abstract - Foward to the future

Georgia is one of the participants in the Public Library Future Leaders programme, and also part of the pilot Future Leaders Library Learning Network.  As well as talking about her experiences she will talk about how the latter is helping to build on learning from the programme.
