Campbell-Hayes 
Biography
- Carol Campbell-Hayes has worked in public libraries for
over 25 years and has been involved in supporting professional qualifications
for most of those. She is currently the Chair of PTEG and
the Mentor Support Network Co-ordinator and leads the Mentor Training
programme for CILIP. Currently she is Operations Manager -
South for Derbyshire County Council where she runs support groups
for both MCLIP and ACLIP candidates.

on the wide experience of our panel of speakers, and will incorporate
practical guidance, personal action planning and a chance to address
questions to the panel.
